38 percent of respondents pay with a card every day

The frequency of payments with cards is a good indicator of to which extent cashless payments have taken root in the market, which is why the data from the latest MasteIndex Serbia Survey that in a year the number of cardholders who pay with a card every day increased by 6 percent, from 32 to 38 percent, encourages.

Observing the types of payment products within respondents’ wallets, as in previous years, most of them are debit cards, in possession of 96 percent of respondents, while every fourth respondent owns a credit card.
