Awards for exceptional user and employee experience are coming to the region

Adria Customer & Employee Experience Awards (ACXA) - awards for achievements in customer and employee experience - are coming to our region. Skills and CEXAS, in cooperation with Awards International, the world's leading platform for customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX), will award companies in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia. 

ACXA includes 26 categories covering all key dimensions of CX and EX. With over 15 years of global expertise and proven methodology, it provides the ability to connect with more than 4,000 companies and 65,000 professionals, as well as an objective and international assessment by independent experts. 

ACXA represents a professional benchmark, a learning opportunity, and a catalyst for organizations to take pride in what they have built through the work of their employees. 

On this occasion, on Wednesday, June 4, an online info session will be held, where it will be discussed who is behind the initiative and what motivated its creation, what are the concrete benefits for the companies that apply, what the process looks like and why participants from all over the world apply again and again. 

The award ceremony will be held on November 27, 2025, in Belgrade.
