Best Buy Award Research Shows Serbians Prefer Bambi, Nivea, Opel
For Serbians, products and companies such as Bambi, Nivea or Opel are best examples and typical symbols of the best price-quality ratio (best value for money) on the Serbian market.
These are the results of the first Best Buy Award research in Serbia by the Swiss organization ICERTIAS. The organization measures citizen''s experience and satisfaction with the price-quality ratio of marketed products and services. The research was conducted for Serbia in October 2013.
As part of the Best Buy Award research, respondents were asked what they felt represented the best price-quality ratio – the best value for their money – according to their personal experience in a particular product or service category on the Serbian market. The recent research in Serbia encompassed 57 different economic categories in sectors such as: retail, food, footwear, clothing, cosmetics, house appliances, telecommunications, finance and more.
The questions in the Best Buy Award research were open-ended, i.e. the examinees were not offered a choice of responses. They could freely state the names of producers and service providers which, according to their experience, offered the best price-quality ratio on the market.
