Boris Beker Becomes CEO at Chapter 4 Group
07/05/2024 • Agency news
The two founders and owners of Chapter 4, Severin Heinisch (64) and Boris Beker (37), are redistributing their shares as of July 1, 2024. Severin Heinisch, previously the majority owner of the agency group, is handing over the majority to Boris Beker. The move is part of a long-term plan to ensure an orderly transition and the gradual takeover of the operating business by the next generation.
Since its foundation in 2010, Chapter 4 has developed into the leading owner-managed agency group in CEE / SEE. With headquarters in Vienna, 10 regional offices and additional local partner agencies, Chapter 4 offers a comprehensive network for PR, social media communication and marketing with central agency management, contracting and reporting. With more than 80 consultants, it generates total revenue of around EUR 4.7 million (2023).
The business in the local agency in Austria has also been expanding in recent years - and since last year under the management of Sigrid Prager-Kuhn. Among other novelties, an in-house video studio was set up to produce ready-to-use video content. MediaMarkt, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Upfield, msg Plaut, Otovo, Glorit, the Austrian Chamber of Notaries and the Austrian Coffee and Tea Association are among the current Austrian customers. International clients include companies such as Zalando, McDonald's, Lavazza, TUI, Tricentis, IWG and others.
Severin Heinisch will remain with the company as a partner and part of the management team and Boris Beker will take on the CEO role.
