Burson-Marsteller Honored as the International Consultancy of the Year
Burson-Marsteller, whose Chapter 4 is affilaite for 12 markets, has been honored in London at the prestigious 2010 PRWeek Awards, beating four other agencies to win the International Consultancy of the Year award. Matt Carter, Chief Executive of Burson-Marsteller UK, celebrated the award as "a tribute to the amazing team of smart PR professionals at B-M who in the last year have delivered some fantastic campaigns for our clients."
"We have won new business in areas where B-M is traditionally strong, for example corporate, crisis and public affairs, but in fact the fastest growing areas for us in 2010 are consumer, digital and brand marketing. This explains in part why we have grown through the downturn and why this has been such a stellar year for B-M." Burson-Marsteller UK also picked up the PR Week award for the Best Public Affairs Campaign for its work for the Hebrides Range Task Force.
