The Cupcake Queen

To celebrate the diamond jubilee of Queen, the company Dr.Oetker and artist Prudence Staite have joined forces and created a work of art - a portrait of Queen size 6m X 6m, which is consists of 2012 cookies (cupcakes). To create a patriotic portrait, in red, white and blue, Staite was required 300 hours, and spent 50 kg of fondant, 50 kg of cream, 20 kg of marzipan and 40 tubes of jelly from Dr.Oetker line of products for cakes and cookies.
