CWP Europe in Serbia: A Year of Investment in the Community, Youth, and a Sustainable Future

CWP placed a special focus on working with youth. Through the “Mentor the Young” program, CWP employees actively participate in mentoring young people at the beginning of their professional careers, providing them with knowledge, support, and guidance for further development. Support for young talent is also reflected in the success of the H-Bridges student team from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, which achieved an outstanding fourth place at the global IEEE International Future Energy Challenge, confirming the high level of domestic engineering expertise. Additionally, in cooperation with the Euro for Knowledge Foundation, a scholarship was awarded to one technical-oriented student, helping them continue their education.
