EY is researching consumer habits in Serbia after the pandemic

A global and local audit firm, EY, has published a study called the EY Index of Changing Consumer Habits, which was conducted to determine how much the habits of consumers have been affected by the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus pandemic.
The results of the study "EY Index of Changing Consumer Habits" in Serbia indicate that 100% of respondents who have primary education are worried about their finances, while 41% of respondents believe that the fear of COVID-19 will stop affecting their lives in the next 2 years.
