FIRESTARTER 22: The focus is on clients and employees

FIRESTARTER 22 is the first regional conference with Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) topics. It will be held in Belgrade on November 15th and 16th in the Hyatt Regency hotel, organized by CEXAS – Customer & Employee Experience Association of Serbia, whose founders are certified consultants with long-standing experience.
The program of the conference includes lectures by leading world experts with rich practical experience.
