From First Job to Established Career: MOL Serbia Supports Young Talent and Experienced Professionals
In the past, job security and a salary paid on time were enough for most people. Today, candidates, whether they are fresh graduates or experienced professionals, expect much more from an employer: opportunities to learn, grow and build a long-term career in a supportive environment.

That is why a good job is no longer just about the position itself. It is about security, development, workplace culture and the feeling that the work you do has a broader purpose.

As part of MOL Group, one of the leading energy companies in Central and Eastern Europe, MOL Serbia offers employees the stability of a large regional organization, as well as the opportunity to build their careers locally with an international perspective. Sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues from other countries provides employees with a broader outlook, helps them better understand the energy industry, which is currently undergoing a significant transformation, and enables them to develop industry-specific skills and expertise.

However, the company's size and stability are not the only factors that make it an attractive employer. Candidates want to know what awaits them beyond their first day at work – who will guide them, who they will learn from and whether they will have opportunities to work on real projects.

This is precisely why MOL developed Growww, a one-year program designed for final-year students, graduates and young professionals from all countries in which MOL Group operates, including Serbia. Throughout the year, participants work with mentors, take part in real projects and gain experience in an international business environment. The program's success and the value of the knowledge and experience it provides are reflected in the fact that nearly 3,000 participants have completed Growww over almost two decades, with approximately 80% continuing to build their careers within the company.
