The pharmaceutical company Galenika has become the owner of a 100% stake in the Slovenian company Sanofarm, thereby further strengthening its position in the Slovenian and Croatian markets and continuing its strategic expansion in the European Union. With this acquisition, Galenika also takes over the exclusive distribution of products from renowned Italian manufacturers Pharmalife Research and ESI for the Slovenian market, as well as the Pharmalife brand for the Croatian market.
