Every year Marketing mreža publishes the BUSINESS AND TRENDS series of articles, in which directors of agencies and marketing and communication directors evaluate the previous year and give a forecast for the next one. This time, the interlocutor was Milena Avramović Bjelica, Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Chapter 4 Communications Consulting agency.
She regards 2022 as an exceptionally unusual year in every segment, hence in communications as well.
“In the middle of the first quarter already the war started, Russia’s attack on Ukraine, which instantly led to the withdrawal of companies from the Russian market, sanctions, and then inflation, which influenced decrease or suspension of budgets and that lasted until the end of the second quarter. Therefore, it was a challenge for all of us, how to carry on campaigns and communications.”
