IWG signs 899 new locations in 2024

International Workplace Group (IWG), the world’s largest flexible workspace platform, announced that it signed contracts for 899 new centers within its network in 2024 and opened 624 new workspaces. 

As many as 95% of these locations were realized through partnership management agreements, which contributes to IWG’s strategy of operating with minimal capital investments. Thanks to its unique ability to transform any building in any location into a commercially successful space, IWG can provide a brand that suits any type of concept and facility. 

IWG is also recording significant growth in Serbia. The company currently has seven centers in Belgrade and one in Novi Sad. In addition, contracts have been signed for two new locations in the capital, including the introduction of a new brand on the market – Signature of Sveti Sava, as well as a new location in Niš, which will mark the entry of this city into the IWG network. 

IWG will open four more locations in Serbia in 2025, bringing the total number of centers to 12 by the end of the year. In Belgrade alone, 10 locations are expected by the end of 2025. IWG plans to develop 10 more locations in the capital, with the goal of having a total of 32 centers across Serbia in the next few years.
