Masteridex Serbia research: better prices and wider range of products stimulate e-trade

The latest Mastercard MasterIndex research underlines that active cardholders in Serbia make average of 9 payments on the internet a year, mostly buying clothes and shoes, electronic equipment and paying bills. Better prices are the main reasons for online shopping, confirmed by 56% of respondents, followed by wider range of products than regular shops are offering (52%). The largest number of payments are the ones in cash, after delivery of products, and other popular options are debit cards (28%), internet cards (13%) and credit cards (7%).
