McDonald's has donated more than 2 million dinars in Serbia since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, in the form of cash and meals. McDonald's was among the first companies that responded to the invitation of the B92 Fund and the Philanthropic Forum of Serbia, and donated 100 donations each day to the medical staff of the Emergency Center of Serbia, with the support of its partner Donesi.com from 20. to 31. March. This number has been increased from April 1 to 120. Since joining the Serbian market in 1988, McD has developed a philanthropic culture and strives to help the most vulnerable groups such as institutions and associations that care for the various groups through donations and constant support to the local community and association that take care of ill children, but also adults, the Food Bank, as well as various sports, educational and cultural projects and organizations.
