HONOR has introduced an innovative AI assistant named “Sara,” now available to customers in selected Gigatron stores in Belgrade. This technological innovation is part of HONOR’s strategy to enhance the customer experience through the use of advanced AI solutions in a retail environment.
Under the slogan “Which HONOR is right for you? Ask Sara!”, visitors can interact with the AI assistant via a modern kiosk featuring a transparent LCD screen, enabling an intuitive and interactive conversation directly in the store.
