MOL MOVE: New Loyalty Program in Serbia, now available across the Region

The end of the summer season is the best for car travelling and exploring new destinations. Hence, MOL Group is offering special benefits to travellers through its MOL MOVE app for those who choose to take a few more trips this summer. MOL MOVE provides various discounts and rewards to users at each level, depending on how active the user is in the program. With each purchase, customers collect points, and based on their points, they receive benefits according to their level (Green, Silver, Gold, or VIP). In addition to standard benefits such as fuel discounts and gastronomic offers, each member receives a welcome gift, mid-level rewards, extra points for birthdays, and more. 

Apart from the full acceptance of MOL MOVE in Serbia, this same app provides our citizens with many possibilities in the region too. By using it when buying different products, even abroad, users collect points which enable them to reach the next level more easily and have more discounts. This applies to countries in the region including Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland and Romania. In addition to vouchers for free toilet usage that are available in all countries where MOL Group operates, there are also special cross-country vouchers that are differently labelled so that the users can have discounts not only in Serbia but in other countries as well.

The MOL MOVE program also offers special benefits for legal entities. In addition to the existing payment methods via credit card or cash, with the implementation of the new program, customers will have the option to choose the MOL GOLD card as a payment method and easily collect points on their loyalty card by scanning it. Thus, a customer who chooses to pay with the MOL GOLD card and scans their loyalty card is entitled to earn points from the transaction but not to use the predefined discounts at their level. In other words, we provide legal entities the opportunity to use the benefits of collecting points on their personal loyalty card when paying through the company.
