NextSilicon Opens New R&D Center in Belgrade
NextSilicon, a leader in next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC) solutions, has been successfully operating in Serbia for four years. Following the successful launch of the Maverick-2 chip, based on an adaptable and intelligent architecture, the company has opened a new R&D center in Belgrade and plans to further grow by hiring 50 more engineers by the end of 2026. By opening a new, larger R&D center, the company further strengthens its presence in the local market and expands its development capacity. The move to the new Belgrade offices represents an important milestone in its global growth strategy and confirms its commitment to strengthening innovation through top engineering talent.

“Serbia has exceeded all our expectations. The level of talent, technical depth, and dedication we have found here is truly exceptional. What particularly impressed me was the culture - a rare combination of discipline, creativity, and perseverance in execution. The Serbian team is already making a significant impact on our core technology, and we are just getting started. We are proud to be part of this ecosystem and look forward to further growth together,” said Elad Raz, Founder and CEO of NextSilicon.
