PepsiCo is the number one employer in Serbia
The company PepsiCo won the Top Employer award for the tenth time in a row, thereby confirming its status as one of the best employers in Serbia. Also this year, this company was ranked as employer number 1 in Serbia, among all certified companies.

For the past ten years, PepsiCo has been actively working to create an inclusive, multicultural environment, with a focus on employee career development.

"We are extremely proud that for the tenth year in a row we have received this recognition from the Top Employers Institute, and especially that we are ranked as the number one employer in Serbia. In our company, employees come first. We are committed to fostering an environment where we support employees and encourage their engagement, not only for the purpose of professional development, but also to prioritize mutual respect and well-being. We will continue to work on creating positive work practices through employee orientation that builds a transparent and inclusive culture," said Diksha Chopra, HR director at PepsiCo for the southern markets of Central Europe and the Baltic countries.

The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on the participation and results of their survey on best practices in human resources. This survey covers six HR segments comprising 20 topics including strategic people management, work environment, talent development, learning, diversity, equality and inclusion, well-being, and more.

"Extraordinary times bring out the best in people and organizations. We witnessed this in our Best Employers certification program this year. These employers have always shown that they care about the development and well-being of their people. In this way, they jointly enrich the world of work. We are proud to announce and celebrate this year's group of leading people-oriented employers: Top Employers 2024," said David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute.

The program has so far successfully certified and recognized over 2,300 top employers in 121 countries/regions on five continents.
