Regional conference FIRESTARTER for the second time in Belgrade
The second regional conference FIRESTARTER 23, dedicated to the business topics of improving user experience and employee experience, will be held on October 31 and November 1 at the Yugoslav Cinematheque in Belgrade. It is a conference that brings top experts and deals with the application of world knowledge and innovations in the development of modern, sustainable, and successful businesses through the improvement of Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX)

The FIRESTARTER conference is specific as it gathers company managers, CX, and EX leaders, and promotes the unity of these business strategies: without a good employee experience, there is no exceptional user experience. That is why the importance of the conference lies precisely in its effort to gather the business community and leading world experts in one place, in order to exchange ideas and experiences on innovative and transformative CX and EX strategies. The focus of the program is on the quality and practicality of the information that the participants of the event will be able to improve their business and achieve an advantage in the market.

This year as well, the conference is being organized by CEXAS – Customer & Employee Experience Association of Serbia, whose founders are certified consultants with many years of experience, including the company Skills, which has been dealing with people development for 27 years.

This year's speakers include Ian Golding, the world's first Customer Experience trainer, consultant, and author of the bestseller Customer What?, Eytan Hattem, CEO of Cemantica, Don Peppers, CX expert and founder of the globally renowned Peppers & Rogers Group, Tom DeWitt from the University in Michigan and others.

Last year's FIRESTARTER conference initiated major changes, in Serbia and in the markets in the region, which resulted in the cooperation of the CX and EX communities within the association, the establishment of contact with CX and EX experts around the world, and the establishment of associations in the surrounding countries, so that at this year's conference the representatives of CROTEX from Croatia, MACEX from North Macedonia and CEXBA from Republika Srpska will also participate in the conference.

The program of the two-day conference this year includes 36 presentations, 12 case studies, 10 success stories, and four panel discussions, through which distinguished experts will transfer their knowledge and encourage their practical application. You can see more about the program and lecturers on the conference website.
