Chapter 4 celebrates its significant anniversary this year, 10 years since it was founded. This was a reason to look back and do a research on public relations perceptions and communications, how the role of communicators has changed over the past ten years, as well as to hear opinions of colleagues from companies, agencies, public and non-governmental sectors what the sector's expectations are communication in the years ahead.
