Solarina signed contracts with EPS on electricity purchase and market premium

Solarina, a project company owned by CWP Europe, signed the Agreement on the purchase of electricity and the transfer of balance responsibility, as well as the Agreement on the market premium with the Electric Power Company of Serbia (EPS). The contracts were signed by David Žarković, Assistant General Director for EPS Power Portfolio Management, and Maja Turković, Executive Vice President of CWP Europe. 

This success is the result of CWP's participation in the recent auctions for renewable energy sources, organized by the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Mining and Energy, where the company secured the right to a market premium for 105 MW of Solarina solar power plant capacity. The clean electricity produced within this project will be delivered at a competitive price of 52.89 euros per megawatt-hour.
