PepsiCo has appointed Sonja Radak Stanić as its new HR Director for Southeast Europe and the Baltics, based in Belgrade. In her new role, Sonja will be responsible for implementing the people and organizational development strategy across 15 markets — Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia — with the aim of creating an environment in which employees can reach their full potential while supporting the company’s business priorities.
Sonja has been part of the PepsiCo team for nearly ten years, during which she has built her career across a range of functions, from business development and commercial roles to transformation and human resources. This experience has enabled her to develop a broad understanding of both the business and people development. Her professional journey also reflects PepsiCo’s approach to talent development through diverse functional and regional experiences.
“I see this new role as an opportunity to place people even more firmly at the heart of every decision and to build an environment where everyone can reach their full potential, develop their career and contribute to the company’s success.
