The Number of employees working from home continued to grow

The number of employees in the European Union who work from home more than doubled in 2020, according to the latest data from the EU Statistical Office. Share of employees who mostly work from home increased by eight percentage points between 2019 and 2021.

In April of this year our agency published the results of a survey in which employees from companies across Serbia participated. It was shown that working from home had a negative impact on employee bonding (which is the opinion of more than 38 percent of respondents), as well as that the integraton of teams is less than it used to be, which affects the team spirit negatively. According to the respondents, integration is particularly difficult for new team members.
