Social Serbia 2021 is a survey conducted for the 5th year in a row by the Pioniri agency in cooperation with the Smart Plus Research agency. The aim of the research is to get to know the online behavior of the population of Serbia, to follow new tendencies in the use of social networks and to discover the attitudes of users towards various digital contents.
According to the results of the research, it was determined that as much as 92% of the population uses social networks. While other social networks have mostly maintained an identical user base, the number of accounts on TikTok has increased as much as 3 times in a year! As many as 73% of respondents cite connecting and contacting friends as the main reason for actively using social networks.
