The company PepsiCo has launched a campaign called "She is PepsiCo", which focuses on the empowerment and support of women in various positions in the company. We are talking about women who work in the factory in jobs traditionally mostly associated with men, such as working in the warehouse or on packaging, but also those who are employed in sales and managing positions. About whether they encounter prejudices at work and how they deal with them, how important the company's support and encouragement of gender equality are for women's career progress, and what they consider key to success, six exceptional women from PepsiCo spoke for the latest issue of Nova ekonomija magazine.
