Turkish Airlines Selects HP Software To Increase Operational Efficiency
HP today that Turkish Airlines will boost customer satisfaction by monitoring its IT infrastructure and services with HP software. HP Professional Services will implement HP Business Service Management (BSM) software to monitor availability and performance of Turkish Airlines’ business-critical applications from an end-user perspective, enabling Turkish Airlines’ IT team to ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
