After the first presentation of the Neum Underwater Film Festival, in a pandemic with the audience, respecting the prescribed health rules, the Festival and the first winner, Gareth Bartlett, as well as the municipality of Neum, which supported the International Underwater Film Festival, presented themselves to the world. .
