What results PR contributes most to

According to the opinion of the participants in the research conducted by our agency, the function of PR contributes most to business results through relations with target and interest publics and building a positive reputation, which is considered by 78 percent of respondents; followed by community-wide project communication and social responsibility (62 percent), followed by internal communications, team spirit and business efficiency (59.6 percent). This last piece of information is very important, because in practice internal communication has been neglected until recently, and thus its impact on team efficiency and company success.
